Office of Community Service Learning - University of Maryland

The mission of TERPcorps is to create a link with service resources in our community to enrich the lives of students and strengthen connections between campus and College Park.

TERPcorps is a student organization passionate about creating change in our community through service-learning. We are the primary programming board for two of the University of Maryland’s largest service events, Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week which happens every fall semester and Saturday of Service which is scheduled each spring semester.

We are also committed to creating connections and promoting collaboration between existing student service organizations on campus. This past year we developed Service Council as a way to bring together student organizations committed to service. TERPcorps also participates in direct service opportunities whenever we can!

Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week is coming up! Mark your calendars: November 12-17, 2007. For a complete calendar of events, click here.
